Learned counsel appearing for petitioners informs that Bar Council of India has condoned lapses which were pointed out earlier and has directed to consider the case of petitioners for allowing colleges to admit students subject to condition of payment of default amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs). 2.
The petitioner - Institution undertakes to deposit the said amount within four weeks form today. Statement made is accepted. It is pointed out that application seeking "NOC" from Savitribai Phule University, Pune tendered on 12-07-2016 is pending for consideration till this date. As a result of failure on the part of the University to grant NOC, the petitioner - Institution would not be eligible to participate in centralized admission process. It is informed that second round of admission shall commence from 20-09-2016.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent - University, on instructions, states that appropriate decision would be taken on the application tendered by the petitioner-Institution within a period of two weeks from today and the University would communicate the same to the petitioner - Institution. As such, respondent - University is directed to consider the application tendered by petitioner - Institution on 12-07-2016 and communicate its decision within a period of two weeks from today.

In the meanwhile, petitioner-Institution shall be permitted to participate in the second round of centralized admission process conducted by respondent No. 2 and 6 and may admit students subject to condition of informing each of the student, desirous to secure admission to the petitioner No. 2-College, in writing that their admission shall be subject to decision of the University, of according "NOC" and that such students shall not be entitled to claim equities. The petitioner No. 2 - College undertakes to inform each of the student, desirous of securing admission to the College accordingly. 5.
Needless to point out, respondent No. 2 shall enlist the petitioner - Institution/College for participation in centralized admission process subject to condition specified above. 6.
