Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

Perused the chargesheet. Prima facie it appears that it was motor vehicular accident. The deceased had a matrimonial dispute, hence, he climbed over the bonnet of the vehicle. He was taken by the side and then he came under the wheel. The applicant had no concern with the family dispute of the deceased and the co-accused. The applicant is languishing in jail since long. The chargesheet is filed. In that view of the matter, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

928-BA-1628.22 (2) ii) Applicant Vinod @ Prashant Vitthal Golhar, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.25,000/-, with one solvent surety of like amount, in C.R.No.365 of 2022, registered with Karjat Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 302, 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
