Present application is filed by the legal heirs of deceased Balkrushna Nagurde for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

It is stated that earlier application for withdrawal was field when the deceased Balkrushn was alive. This court by order dated 19-01-2024 allowed the applicants therein to withdraw the amount. However, after the order was passed, the

(2) 85ca10515.24 applicant died and therefore, legal heirs need a fresh order. Hence, this application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per order dated 31-01-2024 passed in CA/12718/2023 In FA/2351/2022 with connected matters. 4.
