PER COURT :- Heard Shri S.S.Dargad, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri D.P. Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

Perused the impugned Judgment and grounds of objection raised in memo of appeal in exception to the impugned Judgment.

In view of above, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) At present the applicants are permitted to withdraw lumpsum amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rs.Twenty-five lakhs only).

II) Remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank, initially, for the period of one year and if so required, for the period till disposal of the appeal.
