ORAL ORDER :- 1.

The petition is filed for giving direction to the Office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner to take decision on the Change Reports pending in his Office since the year 2005. 2.

The submissions made show that the Change Reports of the years 2005 and 2007 are decided and the Change Report only of the year 2011 is pending. As we are in the year 2018

(2) WP No.3355/2013 and it is a matter of decision of Change Report, the Office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner is expected to decide the matter expeditiously as the dispute continues unnecessarily for many years.

So, a direction is given to the Office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner concerned to take decision on the Change Report No.84/2011 within six months from the date of this order.

The Petition is disposed of.
