This Court by order dated 19/06/2025 has observed that biological brother of both these petitioners has been granted validity certificate by this Court vide final order dated 06/01/2022, passed in Writ Petition No.133/2022 (Sumit Bhaurao Salunke Vs. State of Maharashtra and Another). In the light of this fact, statement of learned AGP was recorded that the claim of petitioners, who are the siblings, would be decided within a period SVH
2 917-918.odt of 45 days and the order would be communicated to them on their email addresses.

Present contempt petitions are filed as the claim of petitioners is not yet decided.

Learned advocate for petitioners submits that the petitioner Soham Bhaurao Salunke is given admission in Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nanded, and he has to submit the validity certificate on or before 02/09/2025. 5.
It is well settled that once the High Court grants validity certificate in favour of a sibling, the Committee has to issue the validity certificate. We, therefore, direct the Committee to decide the claim of petitioners on 29/08/2025 and issue the validity certificate, so as to enable petitioner Soham to submit it before the College on 02/09/2025. This order is passed in the presence of Law OfÏcer of the Committee.
