By the present application, applicants - petitioners are seeking re-issuance of notice to some of the respondents and deletion of respondent no.53 as he died.

Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for non-

Re-issue notice to respondent nos.22, 24, 27, 35, 45, 47, 55 and 56 on the same address, returnable on 23rd June 2017. So also, issue notice to respondent nos.29 and 34, on the address mentioned in the application, returnable on 23rd June 2017. 04.

Apart from usual mode of service, liberty to the applicants - petitioners to serve aforesaid respondents by alternate mode of service i.e. by fax, e-mail, RPAD, courier, personal service or by any other legally acceptable mode and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Leave to delete respondent no.53 granted as he is dead.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
