Considering the prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D), we were not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition since a Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued to declare a litigant as being qualified, for being selected and for being served with an appointment order.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Petitioner's proposal is pending with the Committee, which is chaired by the

10161.24wp (2) District Collector, Jalna. In less than 30 days, the Collector would decide the said proposal on it's own merits.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
