The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the mutation entry.

It is submitted that the appeal is allowed and the authorities are directed to review and verify all the records of acquisition under order dated 24.02.2016. No further steps are taken. 3.

If the superior authority has passed an order, the sub-ordinate authority has to abide by it.

The Deputy Superintendent of Land Records shall take further steps as per the directions of the District Superintendent of Land Records dated 24.02.2016 (Exhibit-A), naturally after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) year.
