ORAL ORDER :

For the reasons stated in the application and as the cause is not objected, the prayer for condonation of delay stands granted, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to the respondents in each appeal, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Failure to pay costs within time stipulated shall result in dismissal of the civil application for condonation of delay, without reference to the Court.

While condoning the delay, this Court is alive to the fact that the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant has made a statement on instructions, that the amount as ordered to be deposited by this Court will be deposited within a period of two weeks from today. Failure to deposit the amount and costs shall result in dismissal of the appeal without reference to the Court.
