Petitioners' proposals are pending with the Scrutiny Committee since the year 2013 for validation of their tribe certificates.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that considering the urgency in as much as petitioners intend to secure admission in the Mop up round for B. Ed. course in the current academic year, the Committee be directed to consider the proposals at the earliest. He submits that even vigilance enquiry is at the verge of completion in as much as statement of father of the one of the petitioners has been recorded. 3.

The learned A. G. P. submits that the Committee may be

We dispose of the petition by directing the petitioners to appear before the Committee on 12 September 2024 and request the Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four

(04) weeks thereafter.
