The petitioner is aggrieved on account of the inaction on the part of respondent No.2/ Education Officer (Secondary), who has not decided his proposal for approval to his appointment as a Shikshan Sevak with effect from 17.06.2019.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal on it's own merits by considering the entire record including the advertisement published, selection procedure, reservation backlog, ban on recruitment, etc., on or before 30.12.2022.
