In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalised bank for the period of three years. 3.
