Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondent Insurance Company. Learned counsel for respondent Insurance Company pointed out certain technical objections, however, at this premature stage it is not desirable to express these points.

Considering the nature of the litigation, permission is granted to the claimants to withdraw 50% compensation amount out of deposited compensation

ca1629.18 amount in this Court subject to the filing of solvent surety for the withdrawal of the same amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial), within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order. 3.

The Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly.

Fix the appeal on 17.10.2018 for final disposal at the stage of admission.
