DATE : DECEMBER 02, 2021 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem that similar order, as has been passed in Civil Application No.12283 of 2021 in F.A.No.52 of 2020, may be passed in present application. 2.

In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in Fixed Deposit in any nationalised bank for the period of three years. 3.
