Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.273 of 2017 registered with Police Station Ashti, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 143, 147, 148, 149, 364, 326, 324, 452, 327, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant claims bail on parity.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the role attributed to co-accused Sheshnath and the role attributed to the applicant is identical. Hence, he deserves bail.

The learned A.P.P. verified the fact about the role attributed to the applicant and satisfied that the role attributed to the applicant is identical to the role attributed to co-accused - Sainath. Hence, the order:-

ORDER

i) The bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Revan @ Revannath Limba Bhosle (in chargesheet name - Revan Nimlya Bhosle) be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He should attend the trial on each and every date. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
