The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Assistant Commissioner. It is submitted that the Assistant Commissioner has forwarded the same to the Deputy Commissioner. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
