In Civil Application No. 10140/2025, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the unserved respondents are not tracable and the last known addresses are of Dhule. The learned counsel for the applicant prays to serve them through paper publication. 2.

In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A', which is as under :- "A] The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to permit the applicant to serve respondent Nos. 20-A, 113-A & 121-A to 121C by way of substituted service by publishing the notice in daily newspaper "Aapla Maharashtra", which is widely circulated in the Dhule District wherein the respondent Nos. 20-A, 113-A & 121-A to 121-C are lastly known to have actually resided and further be pleased to pass necessary orders for the said purpose;" 3.

Interim relief, if any, to continue.
