The learned counsel for the applicant has moved Civil Application No. 9535/2025 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the management. The learned advocate for the management submits that the management has no objection.

Applicant is granted permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the management on an undertaking that in the even the applicant fails in writ petition, he would redeposit the withdrawn amount within four weeks from the date of decision of the writ petition. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
