1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the respondent no.1. The applicants are the original claimant nos.1 to 3, hence, the applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount as per their apportionment fixed by the trial Court. 2] Considering the submissions of all learned counsel as well as this Court has already disposed of the appeal and the amount is deposited by the respondents before this Court, hence, I pass the following order :

i] Application is allowed.

ii] The applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon as per their apportionment fixed by the trial Court in para no.6 of the order of the trial court.
