Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

After the raid, cannabis weighing 1 Kg. 205 grams were recovered from the pocket of this applicant. He was selling the contraband. Thereafter the investigation was made but no other quantity of Ganja was found. Antecedents to his discredit is around nine years old and that case is pending. Considering the quantity of cannabis recovered from a person of the applicant, the Court is of the view that his detention would serve no purpose. He deserves bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant RAJAN NAGRAJ KALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, in Crime

1643.2024BA.odt No.233 of 2024 registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, for the offences punishable under sections 8(C), 20(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
