The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an appeal against the order disqualifying the petitioner as a member of the Municipal Council. The appeal is filed on 18.07.2019 before the Hon'ble Minister. The stay petition is not heard.

The members who were affiliated to the ruling party stay has been granted to them on very day of filing appeal. 3.

The Hon'ble Minister, where the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending shall decide the stay petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of ten (10) days from today.
