The present application is filed pursuant to liberty granted by this Court under order dated 05.03.2024. This Court had specifically directed the applicant to file application for amendment within two weeks. However, present application has been filed on 04.09.2024 i.e., after delay of six months. There is hardly any explanation for such delay.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A', 'B' and 'C', subject to deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) to be paid to High Court Bar Library. 4.
