In view of rejection of the request for settlement, learned counsel for the applicants sought time to take instructions for withdrawal of the application.

Today, learned counsel for the applicants made a statement that he would argue the matter on merits. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the application.
