Heard rival submissions. Applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the balance amount of compensation. In other similar matter vide order dtd.20.01.2023 this Court has granted additional withdrawal of 25% amount of compensation despite earlier withdrawal of 50%. As such, the applicant is now permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing solvent surety / security.
