Heard Learned advocate for the respondent no. 4 and the learned AGP. Respondent no. 3 - SLAO has filed affidavit in reply. He has submitted that a deficient proposal was received, queries were raised and the learned advocate for the acquiring body and the learned AGP submit that subsequently the shortcomings have been overcome. 2.

In paragraph no. 8, the respondent no. 3 - SLAO has assured to complete the process of acquisition as provided under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within the statutory time. 3.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the contempt petition.
