This application is for condonation of delay of 373 days caused in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 13230/2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objection, before issuance of notice to the respondents. As per according to him, no notice is required to the respondents for restoration of the petition. 3.

For the reason mentioned in the application, this Court finds that the delay is neither inordinate nor deliberate. In the interest of justice, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove 141.ca12256.24.odt

office objections in Writ Petition (St.) No. 13230/2023 within a period of two weeks. If office are not removed, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
