The encroachment alleged is on the private property of the Cooperative Oil Industry. The same is not an encroachment on the public road or the public property.

In view of that, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.

The petitioner may avail remedy as may be permissible under law before the appropriate forum.
