The appeal against the order rejecting application for issuance of caste certificate is pending with the Committee since October, 2018. The petitioner seeks direction against the Committee to decide the said appeal. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents State. Mr. Pulkundwar learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent Committee, the Respondent Committee shall decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25th September, 2019.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
