We have heard Mr. Ghatol Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos. 4 and 5 and submits that the petitioner can agitate all the grounds in change report proceedings.

The elections are already over. Naturally when the change report proceedings are filed, the petitioner or members would be entitled to raise objection to the change report and can raise all available grounds. In that event, all contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
