In the first appeals, the original claimants are seeking to withdraw the entire amount of compensation. Already by specific orders they were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount and the balance 50% was 1/2

It is true that in some matters which were subsequently clubbed with these first appeals, the claimants therein were permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation.

However, fact remains that in the present matters, specific orders were passed by this Court long back and it would be a matter of impropriety if some modification is to be made. The claimants have suffered those orders which were passed about three years back.

The Applications are disposed of.
