In the instant case, the crime is registered in the year 2018 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the year 2019. At present, the case is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar vide Special Case No. 138 of 2019.

Leave granted. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant accused to file application for discharge in the pending Special Case No. 138 of 2019 if the charge is yet not framed.
