The said photostat copy is marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No.10899/2023 is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions in view of the above statement. Pending Civil Application No.15393/2023 would not survive and the same is also disposed off.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners in the Second Writ Petition No.1409/2024 has moved a motion on instructions for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
