On the Petitioners' representation dated 22/01/2021, the Joint District Registrar, Class-I, Aurangabad has addressed a communication to the Assistant Director, Town Planning (Mulyankan/Valuation), Aurangabad, vide communication dated 28/01/2021. According to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, the said authority needs to take a decision on the pending representation.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Assistant Director, Town Planning (Mulyankan/Valuation) has addressed a letter dated 03/01/2020 to the Joint Director, Town Planning

11431.23wp (2) (Mulyankan/Valuation), State of Maharashtra, Pune, and certain proceedings are pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and certain prohibitory orders have been issued.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with liberty to Respondent No.2/ Director, Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune, to consider the representation of the Petitioners, dated 22/01/2021 on it's own merits and within the contours of the policies and the law applicable, subject to any prohibitory orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Needless to state, the Authorities can proceed only if there is no legal impediment.
