The applicants, vide order dated 19th June, 2017 have been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit, 25% against undertaking and 25% against bank guaranty. The applicants could not furnish bank guaranty. They are, therefore, permitted to withdraw 25% amount on furnishing solvent security/surety in the like amount instead of bank guaranty. The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 10% amount under the impugned award as against undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
