The contempt petition is misconceived. There is no relief granted by the Court in favour of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.4089/2014, still the petitioner persisted in
Contempt Petition No.555/2015 prosecuting the Contempt Petition. It ought to have been understood that Contempt Petition is entertainable only in the event there is breach of any direction. In the instant matter, there is no direction issued in favour of the petitioner and as such, there arises no question of committing any breach of such directions. The contempt petition is rejected.
