We have perused the proposed amendment and find that, in the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be in the interest of justice that the amendment is granted, so that the writ petition can be heard and disposed of in a comprehensive manner. 3.

The application is consequentially allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended papers shall be served upon the respondents within one week thereafter.
