Petitioner is objecting to the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by the employer thereby directing cancellation of his appointment. 2.

The employer has noticed that the experience certificate presented by petitioner for securing employment was found to be not issued by the previous employer. Communication in that regard has been issued by the previous employer to the respondent on 24.04.2017. Apart from this, details as requested by respondents, to substantiate contention of the petitioner that he was employed earlier and had gained experience, have not been furnished. Respondent had conducted detailed enquiry and noticed that the experience certificate tendered by petitioner for securing employment was fraudulent.

The question of fact raised in the petition need not be gone
