By this application it has been stated that now the respondent No.1 has executed registered gift deeds and transferred the suit properties in favour of her minor grand children. In view of the transfer, definitely, those persons, who would be having interest in the property, in view of those registered instruments, are necessary parties. Therefore, the application stands allowed and disposed of. The necessary amendment to be carried out by the appellants immediately.
