An order was passed by the Deputy Registrar of the CoOperative Societies, Aurangabad on 28.01.2022 appointing an administrator over respondent No. 6 Society. An appeal filed against that order came to be allowed by the Divisional Joint Registrar by order dated 26.05.2022. The petitioners have filed a Revision Petition before the State Government against the order passed by the District Joint Registrar. The Minister, Co-Operation was pleased to grant stay in the revision petition by order dated 26.06.2022. It was the grievance of the petitioner that the stay which was granted on 26.06.2022 has been vacated by the order dated 20.09.2022. This has led to filing of the present petition.

Perusal of the order dated 20.09.2022 shows that the matter has been kept for hearing on 18.10.2022. I, therefore, deem it appropriate that the present petition can conveniently disposed of by requesting the Minister, Co-Operation to finally hear the appeal on 18.10.2022 and pass an order thereon as expeditiously as possible. 3.
