Heard. Prima facie it appears, that the applicant is not responsible for the preparation of bogus documents of beneficiaries. 2.

The Court below has rejected the application on the ground that the applicant might have supplied the material available in his shop to some other persons, who are not entitled for the benefits of the Govt. schemes.

In view thereof, in my opinion, the applicant cannot be blamed for preparation of bogus documents of the beneficiaries of the Govt. schemes. As such, the applicant - Balaji s/o Shankar Hede in the event of his arrest, be released on bail in Crime No. 98/2014 registered at Pimpaldari Police Station, Tq. Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani under Sections 420, 468, 471, 415 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon

APPLN5130.2015.odt executing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 2nd November, 2015 between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 5.
