This is a civil application bearing no.8234/2023, seeking amendment of the petition, which has been admitted long back and is awaiting final hearing. It is the matter of invalidity of caste claim. The

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been recruited as a Lecturer. He wants to add 'Management' as a party respondent and also to bring on record subsequent validities. 2.

The civil application no.8234/2003 is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks.
