Learned advocate for the petitioners states that the petitioners have reconciled to the situation wherein instead of prosecuting present writ petition on merits, trial court be directed to proceed with suit proceedings expeditiously. 2.

As such, Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karjat to proceed with Regular Civil Suit No. 215 of 2015 expeditiously and dispose of the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
