DATE :- 23rd December, 2016 Per Court:

The Applicant prays for condonation of 268 days' delay and for recalling of the order of the learned Registrar dated 07.12.2015 by which the registration was refused as office objections in the Writ Petition were not removed.

I have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 268 days is condoned, subject to the costs of Rs.500/-

*2* 2.ca.15802.16 (Rupees Five Hundred), which the Applicant shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 13.01.2017. The Applicant shall remove all office objections within ONE WEEK from the date of depositing the costs and pursuant to which, the Writ Petition shall be registered.

In the event of non compliance of this order, the same shall stand recalled, the Civil Application shall stand rejected and then the order of the Registrar shall stand restored.

If the above directions are complied with, place the Writ Petition for admission on 23.01.2017.
