Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied in case Respondents are directed to consider his applications dated 3rd March, 2011 and 4th March, 2011 (at ExhibitB/Page 28 and 29). 2.

Without entering into the merits of the contentions raised in the Petition and without prejudice to the contentions of the contesting respondents, we direct

10331.12WP Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider and decide the aforesaid applications, if already not decided, after affording opportunity of hearing to the concerned Respondent/Acquiring Body and to take decision on the said applications on its own merits and in accordance with law, and also keeping in view the record maintained by Respondents in relation to subject property of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.
