The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 237 days in filing this civil application for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections on 15/12/2015. 2.

Heard.

The pages at Nos.11 to 41, 43 to 62, 64 to 66, 75 to 77 and 82 are said to be illegible as per the office objections. Learned Advocate submits that the petitioner in this petition would be relying upon identical documents filed in WP No.9087/2014 which is a connected petition filed prior to this petition.

Considering the above and as the learned Advocates for the non-applicants do not oppose, the civil application is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.One thousand only). Learned Advocates for the non-applicants graciously submit that the applicant should deposit the said amount in Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Same shall be done within 2 (two) weeks from today. After producing the receipt of deposit, the order dated 15/12/2015 shall stand recalled and WP No.9115/2014 shall stand restored.
