Perused the application. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 10431 of 2017, the husband of the applicant, namely, Shaikh Azhar Shaikh Hyder Patel has filed his affidavit on record. The same is marked as "X" for identification purpose.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount along with her husband. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Registry to take requisite steps for further process. 4.
