PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, so also the seniority list has been prepared by the management.

Respondent no.5 has raised objection to it before the Education Officer. The same is also pending, though the hearing has been concluded.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and objection to the seniority list is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its

(2) 19-wp-12394-2021 own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In case, hearing has been concluded of the objections to the seniority list of the management, then Education Officer shall take decision upon it. Further if the hearing is not concluded, then objection to the seniority list shall be decided only after hearing all parties concerned.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
