PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the material placed on record. Upon perusal of the Annexure `R-II' page 64 of the compilation of the reply filed by Respondent No.4, it is crystal clear that, Respondent No.4 was appointed on 20th September, 2005 and it is also further apparent that, the Headmaster of the Central Secondary School was informed to allow Respondent No.4 to join the services. The petitioner's appointment is admittedly in the year 2011 and thereafter on request, the petitioner was accommodated at aforementioned school in the year 2014.

In our opinion, the petitioner has no right to assert vis-a-vis claim of Respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, we do not see any reason to entertain the Petition. Hence the Petition is rejected.
