This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 2 - Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal tendered by petitioner and pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

Petitioner shall cause appearance before the Committee on 04.10.2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring her presence before the Committee shall be necessary.
